The story behind the glasses

After winning Euro 2024 with Spain and joining AC Milan, Álvaro discovered Flowfeet at the club's training ground, Milanello. The effect was immediate — it relieved the body but, more importantly, awakened something deeper: a desire to recover smarter and take better care of himself.

Contact was made. A meeting followed. A shared vision took shape: to create tools that make high performance more human. Tools that support presence, focus, and recovery.

That vision became the beginning of Flowglasses.
